When working her deep tissue magic she is adept at finding “the spot” that has been killing you and helps make it go away. Janie's other specialty is Prenatal massage.  She studied with Carole Osbourne as well as Tracy Walton.  She has been an avid prenatal practitioner since 2004. To expand her ability to help new parents she also teaches parents infant massage. In the last few years Janie has started working with women who suffer from Endometriosis.  If you have endo she can help you deal with the pain associated with the adhesions and IBS. A few other modalities that Janie offers include Thai Herbal Massage, "it's yummy." Hot, subtly fragrant herbs massaging the tension from your muscles.  And Lava Shell massage.  Lava shell massage is similar to hot stone massage.  She is a 2003 graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA. Janie is both Nationally Certified and a member of the AMTA.
